Birthday in a Box!

I know I said I’d show you the cards for my next class, but I ran out of time and didn’t get the photos taken yesterday.  I’m sorry!  But I do have something fun to show you.  Katie brought me this adorable box — “A Birthday Party in a Box”!  Isn’t this a cute idea?  She plans on giving them to her students at school — just a cute little way to say “Happy Birthday” without breaking the bank.   This is the Big Shot Matchbox Die with a little band of Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper.  I added a tag using the new Hostess Set Happiest Birthday Wishes and Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon.  I colored the tag with Stampin’ Write Markers in Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, and Marina Mist.

Katie completes her “birthday party” with a candle, a balloon, and chocolate.  The candy wrapper is stamped with another new catalog favorite….It’s a Wrap Occasions on page 59.  You will love how easy it is to stamp stick-on labels and adhere them to your favorite candies.  You can fit 4 nuggets into a matchbox!

Allyson is having her wisdom teeth pulled this morning, and my mom is on her way from Dallas to help “nurse” her along while I’m at work.  Please pray for quick healing and no complications.  And I promise to be back tomorrow with the cards and details for the next class.  🙂
