Wonderful Wreath Decorative Gift Boxes

These Decorative Gift Boxes were made at my club class earlier this week.  I appreciate other bloggers and Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who share their wonderful ideas, and Patty Bennett shared this idea on her blog HERE.  If you don’t follow her blog, I highly recommend you giving it a special spot on your list!

If you thought this wreath was ONLY for Christmas, you are so wrong!  Type this stamp set into Pinterest and catch a glimpse of all the uses for this wreath.  I am hoping that Stampin’ Up! will keep it in our product line in the Spring, as well.  This is truly a set for all seasons!  You will want to purchase the Framelits, as well, so that you can easily cut out these shapes, along with the other images.  I colored the tiny pearls with one of my Cherry Cobbler Blendabilites for a little added dimension.  It’s subtle, but I like it.

These boxes are packaged in sets of 6 for $4.95.  That’s right, less than $1 per box.  You can’t go wrong with these.  I plan on using them during the holidays for small food items such as Cinnamon Candy, cake balls, cookies, fudge, and Peppermint Bark.  I think it will be the perfect size for giving to all my neighbors and co-workers.

Pleated Party Pouch

Hello friends!  I’m still alive and kickin’!  Sorry that I haven’t posted in awhile.  I’m not sure who I thought I was fooling to think that I could keep up with posting while I was in Orlando……and now this week has been consumed with “catch-up” from being gone from the office 10 days and having 2 Stampin’ Up! classes on the calendar.  Whew!

Tonight is my September Club Class and I’m thrilled to show you one of our projects we are making.  I try to do one 3-D item each month, so this is something I found online at Nancy Ferb’s Blog.  She calls this the Pleated Party Pouch and I love how well it uses the new “mini” Designer Series Paper Stacks that measure 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″.  Of course you can cut any piece of DSP or cardstock to create this, as well.   You can download her pattern on her blog.  It is super easy — score and fold — minimal time involved and super cute for holidays, too!  Here are the 3 versions that I created for my gals to give them some inspiration tonight.  I used some of the new Holiday Catalog stamp sets and had so much fun with this project.

First, here is a Fall/Thanksgiving version using Fall Fest and Holiday Home (words).

P1050858Next up is the Halloween version, also using Fall Fest, but I cut the DSP from the Back to Black paper pack.

And lastly, I couldn’t resist a Christmas version using the Holiday Home stamp set and Framelits.  I think this is my favorite 🙂
