Serene Silhouettes Sympathy Card

This is the third (and final) project that we made for September’s Club classes.  I got this idea on a blog and cased it with very few changes.  The stamp sets used were Serene Silhouettes and Petite Pairs.   I used Elegant Eggplant and Wisteria Wonder along with the Apothecary Accents Framelits.  I lightly sponged the Wisteria Wonder with the “stencil” made from the Apothecary Accents shape.  And the Paper Piercing added one more tiny detail — along with allowing my customers to try out several of Stampin’ Up!’s newest products.  The new Paper Piercing Mat, Templates, and Piercer are among my favorites from the new catalog.

I hope each of you has a blessed week.  It will be a week of reflection for me as I think about my brother.  His birthday is on Wednesday, and this is our first birthday without him.  Please pray for my mom, as she is feeling especially sad this week.  She also has another round of medical tests tomorrow, with results following next week.  I’m going to go and visit her on Wednesday and try to cheer her up.  Please join me in praying for her a little more than normal this week.   Thank you!
