Club Project #2

My second group of ladies meets tonight………..hope those of you coming tonight don’t mind a “sneak peek”!

My second project is a “Hershey Kiss Holder”.  I have my friend Vikki Beck in Florida to that for this adorable idea!  I cased it and added a few small changes, but the pattern and idea are hers, so I want to give her the credit for giving me this great club idea!

Here are the two samples for Club tonight using “Love You Much” and “Love Owl-ways”.  Unfortunately, you can’t purchase the owl set anymore, but hopefully the idea will inspire you all the same.  After all, there are plenty of stamp sets out there to choose from!

Treat holder dimensions are 4 1/4″ by 5″.  Score at 1 1/4″, 2 1/4″, and 3 1/2″.  Line the 4 1/4″ side up at the TOP of your paper trimmer so that you are scoring lines that are 5″ long.  The front panel is 4 13/16″ by 1 1/8″.    You will want to use Sticky Strip to hold this together into the triangle shape.   This treat holder will hold 5 kisses — but if you wanted to alter the pattern a bit, you could make one that is longer and it would hold more treats!  If you place a glue dot under the END pieces of candy, the end pieces will hold the rest of them in the middle.

I think these are great because they only take a 1/4 sheet of paper.  That is very cost effective if you plan to make these for alot of kids!   Do you need to know more about this project or purchase supplies???  Please contact me or visit my Stampin’ Up! Website for more information or to order online 24/7.

Have a great day!  Dawn
